Sex: M- Bio: Rodulfus was born c.1070 in Moustier-sur-Sambre (Namur). He studied in the cathedral school of Liège and was professed in the abbey of Burtscheid (near Aachen). He stayed for some time in the abbeys of Hersfeld and Gladbach and finally arrived in the abbey of Sint-Truiden (OSB), where he was chosen as the abbot on 30 january 1108. On 13th April 1121 he was forced to leave the abbey. He stayed consecutively in Affligem, Ghent (Saint-Peter), Liège (Saint-Laurent) and Deutz (near Cologne). On 6th September 1121 he was chosen as the abbot of Saint-Pantaleon in Cologne. In 1123 he returned to Sint-Truiden where he died on 6th March 1138. (cfr. Aerts). (cfr. ABSTRACT
Poem in which the practice of virtues being touted. The author discusses the Christian morality issues. He appoints all forms of human depravity: pride, jealousy, ambition, lust, avarice and especially heresy. According to the poet the most pronounced form of heresy is simony.
