ABSTRACT
Vita of St. Andrew the apostle (+ round 60). Andrew was a simple fisherman from Galilee who became a follower of John the Baptist. After John's death he became the first disciple of Christ. His brother, Simon Peter followed his example. Eventually, Andrew would be prosecuted during his later missionary work and eventually killed by nailing him to a Saint-Andrew's cross.
