CONTEXT
The miracle was addressed to Guibert of Gembloux, an ardent admirer of St Martin of Tours who also wrote twee Lives of this saint himself (see NaSo 515 and 516) and who frequently urged other to write texts in praise of St Martin (see NaSo 522 and 2311).
